I often wonder why so much pain and suffering. What I realised is that what we need is not a homeostasis or tensionless state. Instead, we need the right amount of tension for change, growth, and development to take place. I had the privilege to journey with people facing different aspects of the human condition (e.g., suffering, grief, lose, meaninglessness, existential tension, inner emptiness, etc.). I am often amazed by human determination, courage, and strength in the process toward growth, and development as they face life challenges. Life is full of challenges and adversity; it would be a privilege to journey with you toward a meaningful and purpose-driven life.
I have over a decade of experience supporting people as they face different life challenges and celebrate successes. I work from an integrative systemic and evidence-based therapeutic approach. I take pride in my ability to create a warm and non-judgemental environment where people’s goodness, resourcefulness, gifts, perspective, life experiences, and opportunities are honoured and respected.
