Life often presents us with different challenges and sometimes we need some support in working through them. Psychotherapy can be helpful when you are facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, trauma, anger, self-esteem, or even just wanting to get to know yourself better. I believe that it is important to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work together on addressing your needs and goals.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach to help best address client concerns and needs. The main approaches I use are mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic experiencing. Through these approaches I work to help clients be more present in their internal and external worlds, and to develop healthy coping and regulation strategies for positive change.
