Engaging in therapy can be an opportunity for you to explore and to start addressing some of the challenges that you experience as overwhelming. My goal is to provide a non-judgemental, compassionate and collaborative space where you feel able to find healthy and effective ways to confidently manage these challenges.
Over the years, I have supported individuals and couples with a variety of challenges including: relationship difficulties, separation/divorce, blended family issues, family conflict, parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety/depression and occupational post-traumatic stress.
I value a holistic perspective in supporting individuals and primarily use an attachement-based framework. I have worked in various settings and with various populations including Employee Assistance Programs and First Responder groups.
I provide services in English and French.
