“Owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” – Brené Brown

Reaching out is the first step to overcome life’s most difficult challenges. Whether or not this is your first time seeking therapy, I know it’s not easy to admit we need help and reach out for support. My goal is to create a safe space, free of judgement, where you feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings. You will find my style to be warm, empathetic, and nurturing.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative which means I will work with you and your unique needs to establish therapeutic goals, explore expression, and facilitate growth. In our sessions I will offer a variety of techniques to ensure our time is most beneficial for you. I draw upon modalities like Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As a registered psychotherapist, I am passionate about healing, self-discovery, and lifelong learning. I have a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa. I also have my Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Ottawa and am certified to teach in the Junior, Intermediate, and Senior divisions.

I understand that life can be hard, and I admire you for having the courage to take this remarkable first step. We all need support – it’s a part of being human. I am here to walk along this journey with you, supporting you along the way.

I am accepting new clients.
