Life can be hard. Whether it is life transitions, stressors, illness, or any perceived limitation, we will all struggle, experience pain, sorrow, and discomfort. The question is, how do we support ourselves during difficult times? What type of relationship would we like to have with ourselves, others, and the world on the winding path of life? I believe psychotherapy connects us with our strengths, values, and compassion we need to live a more fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic life, despite obstacles we all encounter. It helps guide us toward approaching life with an open heart.

As a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario with more than 16 years of experience working in the mental health field, I focus on the treatment of low self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, emotional difficulties, as well as relational and childhood trauma. My practice is rooted in humanistic, mindful self-compassion, and attachment-oriented approaches.
If you are looking to develop a kind, compassionate relationship with yourself, and a stronger ability to cope with life’s adversities, I invite you to contact me by telephone or by e-mail. I would be honoured to become part of your journey toward meaningful change and well-being. I look forward to hearing from you.
