Hello and welcome,

My name is Aisley and I use she/they pronouns. If you are reading this you are likely considering therapy, and I can appreciate how difficult it can be to know where to begin or to find the right therapist. I work with individuals and couples aged 16 and above and offer both in person and virtual sessions.

I want to help my clients get back to themselves or learn more about who they are and/or wish to be. Perhaps you are someone struggling with mapping out their identity or suspect that you are neurodiverse and want to explore on a deeper level. Maybe you are a queer person in predominantly heteronormative spaces. Or maybe you have experienced childhood trauma and family issues that have affected and shaped how you move through the world and interact with those around you. I help clients to explore and make sense of things in a safe and non-judgemental space where we work at whatever pace is right for you.

I emphasize working collaboratively with clients and prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship to establish a secure base to work from together. I work from an integrative psychodynamic framework, incorporating aspects of emotion focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT). I currently work under the supervision of Pamela Green, M.A., R.P..

If it sounds like we would be a good fit and you are interested in working together, or if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions Tuesdays to Saturdays.
