"We repeat what we don't repair."

Thanks for stopping by! I’m Alicia and would love to support you with exploring your inner world(s). I know how challenging it can be to do so and I am hopeful that by working as a team, it will bring some clarity surrounding your journey. I am passionate about helping clients find their voice and reaching a place within themselves where they feel safe and compassionate. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to feel comfortable to bring in any thought or concern that they would like to discuss throughout our sessions.

My practice is trauma informed as I approach sessions through a holistic model and adjust therapeutic interventions to fit the client. Furthermore, I practice from a lens of sex positivity, LGBTQ+ friendly and kink allyship and everyone is welcome in my practice.

In individual therapy, I have an interest in working with adolescents and adults navigating self and relationships after experiencing some form of trauma including sexual, emotional, and physical. I also have an interest in supporting adolescents and adults with relationship and intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, eating concerns and addictions.

In couples therapy and family therapy, I work with the members to restore balance, intimacy and safety in their connections. I support members in the process of repairing bonds due to infidelity and betrayals.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have completed my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I am currently being supervised under Yoshie Martinez, M. Ed. Registered Psychotherapist. Some of the treatment modalities that are used in sessions are Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic/Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you along your journey. Feel free to contact me if you would like to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and I would be happy to assist.
