Do you find yourself with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or other challenges in your life? Sometimes life can be very challenging and you may struggle to see a clear path forward. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or other challenges, I would like to help. I can offer support as you begin to take steps towards making positive change in your life.
During our sessions, you will have a safe space to explore and understand your experiences so that you can work through these challenges. We will work collaboratively to identify your existing skills and resources, while also developing new skills for navigating life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is
holistic, where I will use a variety of treatment models to find the one that best suits you. I take a person centered approach to therapy Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-focused Therapy(BSFT). I am currently a student intern, and I am in the process of completing my Masters of Counselling
Psychology through Yorkville University. I am working under the supervision of Jessica Ng.
My approach involves supporting you in getting in touch with your values, and to move towards building a life that is are satisfying and fulfilling. It can be difficult taking the first step to create change in your life, but I hope that I can make this process as comfortable as possible. I would love to hear from you
