I use evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, polyvagal theory, narrative therapy, and mindful self-compassion techniques, tailoring my approach to support your desired changes and to meet your specific needs. I can also assist you in developing skills for emotion regulation, process traumatic experiences, foster a greater sense of connection with others and improve your ability to live in the present moment.
