“You live most of your life in your head, make sure it’s a nice place to be”

At times, our brain can feel like both our greatest ally and our worst enemy. If you find yourself overwhelmed and constantly trying to keep yourself afloat and in control, just know that you do not need to always keep it together- it is okay to not be okay. My role is to not only help normalize that, but give you the space needed to process, heal from that exhaustion and reconnect with your authentic self. Overcoming your challenges does not need to feel like an isolating process, life can be hard enough as is, please do not feel like you need to carry the weight of these burdens alone.

While helping you reclaim your strength and resilience, break free from the challenges holding you back, and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself, I am committed to making this process as comfortable, safe, and supportive as possible. My approach is warm, empathetic, and judgment-free, as you deserve to be truly heard and seen every step of the way. I am dedicated to creating a space, where together, we can explore the path that best fits your needs. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, thus I use a range of integrative evidence-based techniques that are tailored to your individual experiences. At your pace, we will reach a more positive and fulfilling state.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow alongside you. Throughout the years, I have been refining my skills through education and hands-on experience in the field. For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals (16+), from various backgrounds, through difficult life experiences and mental health challenges while working to break down the stigma surrounding mental wellness.

I approach therapy with a stance of curiosity, sensitivity, and a deep sense of inclusivity. I welcome all  to reach out- I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in achieving your goals!
