Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning to it, I know it’s not always easy to ask for help. Reaching out is the first step toward healing and growth. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.
You will find my style to be warm, empathetic, and nurturing. I take a collaborative and integrative approach, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore what healing and self-expression look like for you, using a variety of techniques to make our sessions meaningful and supportive.
As a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, I’m deeply passionate about healing, self-discovery, and lifelong learning. I hold a degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Education, both from the University of Ottawa, and am certified to teach in the Junior, Intermediate, and Senior divisions.
Life can be challenging, and I admire your courage in taking this important first step. We all need support—it’s part of being human. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater balance and well-being.
