My goal is to support you in finding a deeper connection to yourself and to the important relationships in your life. In our work together I aim to help you recognize important signals from your body and to make sense of how the experiences you’ve had in life shaped who you are today. These tools can move you towards releasing what is stuck and to help you move towards more vitality.

Although I have training in a number of modalities, I work from a foundation of Somatic Experiencing (SE) informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and increasingly by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM).  With couples, I integrate these approaches with the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). My practice welcomes all. It is essential to me that I affirm any important aspect of your identity, including sexual and gender orientation, neurodivergence, disability, and cultural values.
