Hello, I’m Audrey.
If you’re here reading this, you’ve already taken a brave step. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I want you to know that I see that courage.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed by a life transition, or struggling with workplace stress or relationship challenges. Perhaps you’re navigating the demands of your career, questioning what gives your life meaning, or feeling disconnected from a sense of purpose. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to listen – without judgment, and at your own pace.
In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are. I draw primarily from Person-Centred Therapy, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and Solution-Focused approaches when you’re ready to move toward change. When clients are exploring questions of meaning and purpose, I incorporate principles from Logotherapy, inspired by Viktor Frankl’s work on finding meaning even in difficult circumstances. I also draw from Jungian concepts when exploring deeper patterns, dreams, or aspects of the self that may be seeking attention.
Most importantly, I follow your lead. This is your time, your space, and your story.
I work with adults who are navigating workplace stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the ongoing challenge of balancing career, relationships, and personal well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, can explore what matters most to you, and discover your very own path forward.
I am bilingual (French/English) and bring over 20 years of leadership experience, along with training in mediation. I am currently completing my practicum toward a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, under the supervision of Yoshie Martinez, M.Ed., RP, and Yena Bi, M.Ed., RP.
I would be honoured to walk alongside you. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out.
