In therapy, I work collaboratively with you to reach your wellness goals by incorporating a range of tools and strategies, and selecting approaches that are evidence-based that will fit best with your goals and personality. Some of the modalities I will bring to our sessions include: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, Attachment Theory and mindfulness techniques. As part of a large practice with Jessica Ng as my supervisor, you will have a team of professionals behind you throughout this growth journey.
