I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I prioritize building a genuine relationship with my clients, as I believe this to be essential for facilitating change in therapy. I work with adults and adolescents 16+. I am also passionate about helping clients navigate concerns related to being first-generation Canadian, as well as women’s health issues such as prenatal mental health, post-partum, body image, and sexual health.
