“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung

Welcome! I am passionate about helping people feel more at home with themselves and in their relationships. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for the resilience and wisdom that each person carries.

As a therapist, I see people as experts in their own lives. My role is to collaborate with you in uncovering your unique insights and strengths, aligning your actions with your values, and creating lasting change that feels true to who you are. I draw from a strengths-based and collaborative approach, tailoring our work to your needs, pace, and goals.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 18 years working as a sustainability engineer, an experience that deepened my fascination with how systems, whether environmental or emotional, can adapt, grow, and heal. My experience also taught me how it feels to be othered in many spaces and the costs and rewards of being different. I endeavor to bring these understandings into our therapeutic relationship.

Whether you are navigating identity, anxiety, life transitions, intimacy, or a search for deeper meaning, we will work together to foster greater self-acceptance, comfort, and authenticity. Therapy is a shared journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone.

I am working under the supervision of Yoshie Martinez and Ana Delage.
