I have a bachelor’s in psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, an advanced Yoga Teacher certification, Currently completing my Yoga Therapist training, and have completed a mindfulness and self-compassion training.
I would love to explain within a few words all the ways that I can support you however I feel this is best done through YOUR OWN sensory experiences.
As you are the expert in your life, my role will be that of a space holder for whatever you may need as you inform our relationship through the guidance you are looking for.

There are many approaches to psychotherapy, our sessions will look like what you need them to look like in every moment of your experience. Whether we are dancing, chanting, sounding vibrations, moving and experiencing different parts of our body that are stuck or seated and letting it all out through words, this is YOUR time, and I am right there with you.
It does NOT have to look a certain way, nor does it have to follow a certain fashion. I will do my best to bring in what you need to feel safe, grounded, and able to explore those vulnerabilities IF you chose to.
Some of the approaches I use include:
- Mindfulness-based interventions (including in session meditations)
- Yoga therapy
- Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Narrative Therapy

- Essential oils
- Props and weights
- Lights on or off
- Noise machine
- Fidget toys
