Corinne Qureshi MA, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Independent Associate

I guarantee my investment in helping you learn to navigate difficult and painful emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. Bettering your relationship with these parts of yourself means minimizing how much you're pulled away from where you want to be. It means freeing up space to consider what's important to you, who's important to you, and how you want to be going through life. If you've been craving some form of change, then let’s get curious on what your next steps could be.
Corinne holds a deep interest and respect for the people that she works with. She is client-centered and trauma-informed and her therapeutic style can be described as authentic, compassionate, and engaged. People who have worked with Corinne have noted feeling heard, validated, supported, and helped to feel better about themselves and their situation. Corinne will provide a safe space for you to explore your struggles, get curious about your experience, and move towards the life you want in the way you want.
Corinne is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Western University. Drawing upon her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Corinne has worked extensively with individuals in both short-term and long-term therapy models to address their concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, emotion regulation, MVAs, self-esteem, grief and loss, stress management, and life transitions.
