Welcome, The hardest part in any process of recovery and healing is the first step of reaching out. This takes courage. I offer therapy to all those who are looking to gain a better understanding of the challenges in their life and use this knowledge to develop personalized strategies and skills to change their life for the better. If you are overwhelmed, confused or feeling stuck, I will be able to help you develop clarity and to feel better.

My therapeutic style is best described as empathetic, genuine, safe and collaborative. I am trained to help you overcome your current challenges and emerge more resilient. I have experience working with people who have experienced Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and OCD amongst other challenges.
