Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. You might be navigating relational challenges, dealing with burnout, managing anxiety, or trying to make sense of your identity or direction in life. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I work with youth, adults and couples who may be feeling the pressure of expectations, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and accepted just as you are. My approach is warm, empathetic, and genuine, and I value building a collaborative relationship where we can explore your experiences, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels right for you.

As a Nigerian-Canadian, I deeply value the richness of different backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. I’m passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life in their overall wellbeing and in their relationships with others.

I believe therapy is deeply personal, so I draw from a variety of approaches to tailor our work together to your unique needs. My work is informed by person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy. Together, we can build insight, develop meaningful coping strategies, and support you in managing life stressors, strengthening relationships, and creating the kind of life you want.

I am currently a student therapist completing my training in psychotherapy through the Master of Counselling Psychology program, at City University, and I practice under the clinical supervision of Dr. Nereah Felix (Ph.D., C.Psych. Supervised Practice) and Yoshie Martinez (M.Ed., R.P., C.C.C., SEP).

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I would be honoured to walk alongside you in that process.
