Asking for help can be daunting. I applaud you for taking the first step in your healing journey. In our sessions we will work together towards your specific goals for therapy using a holistic approach targeting root causes. I provide a warm, judgement free space for you to share, understand and overcome your challenges. We will make meaningful changes according to your needs.

My practice serves a wide variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, self-esteem, and developmental or life changes. I am accepting new clients ages 16 + for January 2024 and offering in person and virtual sessions.

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and candidate for a master’s degree in counselling psychology under the clinical supervision of Pamela Green, Registered Psychotherapist. I use an integrative approach to counselling borrowing theory from various modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic therapy, attachment theory and solution-focused therapy. Throughout our discussions we will find an approach best suited to you. I welcome clients from all cultural origins, sexual and gender identities, and socioeconomic statuses.
