"Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone." – Lisa Olivera

** I have availability on Saturdays and evenings **

Taking the first steps in the therapeutic process is a brave move toward personal well-being and growth. I hope we can begin this journey towards meaningful change together. As your therapist, I am here to foster a secure, non-judgemental, and empathetic space to explore your emotions and experiences. I will meet you where you are at and go at a pace that is comfortable for you.

My therapeutic approach centres around establishing a strong therapeutic relationship where you are the expert of your life, and I am here to help you explore and find new ways of moving forward. I adopt a collaborative approach working to ensure that you feel heard, seen, and valued, and that your needs are being met along the way. A variety of therapeutic approaches resonate with me including compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, internal family systems, somatic experiencing, and emotion-focused therapy. These approaches are combined with the belief that our early childhood experiences can impact how we interact with our daily lives and regulate our nervous systems.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) intern, under the supervision of Yoshie Martinez (RP) and Yena Bi (RP). I believe there is strength and resiliency in all of us and will work with you to recognize these inner resources throughout our time together.

Please reach out to get started and together we can navigate through this journey and create the meaningful changes you want and along the way create a deeper understanding of who you are and the state you want to be in.
