“A tree can only be as strong as the forest that surrounds it” – Peter Wohlleben
Grounded in my belief in human connection, resilience, and community, I believe that with compassionate and empathetic support, individuals are capable of navigating hardship and transforming through it. I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology graduate from Yorkville University, and a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), working under the supervision of Pamela Green (MA, R.P., OAMHP). My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic, and empowering space where you can grow, heal, and work toward your goals.
With a lifelong passion for mental health, I am dedicated to understanding the connection between our brain, body, and behaviour. While our past shapes us, it does not have to define us. With the right support and tools, growth is possible. I believe deeply in the power of human resilience and connection, and together we can build on your existing strengths to create a brighter, more grounded future.
As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and someone living with ADHD, I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and neurodivergent experiences. By exploring what has been getting in your way, we can build momentum toward healing and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel most true and alive. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support your mental, emotional, and overall well-being. Whether you are navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, or the everyday stressors of life, I am here to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
If you’re interested in booking a session, you’re welcome to contact me by email or complete the intake form provided on this page. I look forward to connecting with you.
