Hello all and welcome!

Human behaviour and understanding what influences it has always been an interest of mine and is what motivates me in my learning. I am passionate about mental health and overall well-being, and aim to meet my clients with where they are in their journey.

I am intrigued by attachment theory and learning how these early life experiences can have such an influence on all of us throughout our lives. By exploring the impact that past experiences have on our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, we are able to gain a deeper understanding about ourselves. With this, we can recognize future experiences that may create similar feelings, allowing us to develop helpful coping strategies when navigating these moments.

My goal is to work collaboratively with you and offer you support while navigating through life’s most challenging times. I strive towards creating an inclusive environment by providing an unconditionally judgement-free, safe, and respectful space for everyone to feel comfortable expressing themselves. I follow a humanistic and client-centred approach as clients are the expert of their own lives.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from Carleton University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and receive ongoing supervision with Pamela Green (Registered Psychotherapist).

If you feel like we might be a good fit, I would love to connect with you and build a meaningful experience within this next step of your journey. Please feel free to send me an email or call me anytime.
