I often wonder why so much pain and suffering. What I realized is that what we need is not homeostasis or a tensionless state. Instead, we need the right amount of tension for change, growth, and development to take place. I had the privilege to journey with people facing different aspects of the human condition (e.g., suffering, grief, loss, meaninglessness, existential tension, inner emptiness, etc.). I am often amazed by human determination, courage, and strength in the process of growth and development as they face life challenges. Life is full of challenges and adversity; it would be a privilege to journey with you toward a meaningful and purpose-driven life.

I provide individual, couple, and family therapy working from integrative systemic, evidence-based, and male-centered approaches. I specialize in Men’s Issues, Trauma, mood disorders, and complex Relational issues. I have over a decade of experience supporting people as they face different life challenges and celebrate successes. I take pride in my ability to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where people’s goodness, resourcefulness, gifts, perspective, life experiences, and opportunities are honored and respected.

I hold a Ph.D. in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality. My research focuses on sexual trauma and the male code. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Registration Number 004138. I am also an associate member of the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I also provide clinical supervision to qualifying and registered therapists.
