Feeling overwhelmed or unsure? I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll look at the beliefs and stories shaping how you see yourself, gently uncovering patterns that may be holding you back. My person-centered approach is grounded in the belief that you have an innate capacity for healing and growth. I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and authenticity as you move toward clarity, confidence, and a more grounded sense of self. As Brené Brown says, “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen. ”Being aware of the stories we tell ourselves and the beliefs we hold is a powerful step toward growth. These inner narratives shape how we see ourselves, guide our actions, and influence the outcomes in our lives. By exploring them in a safe, supportive space, you can gain clarity and create more positive, empowering paths forward. At the heart of the person-centered approach is a deep belief in your natural capacity to grow and heal. Guided by Rogers’ principle of “profound regard for the wisdom and constructive capacity inherent in the human organism,” therapy offers a supportive space to uncover your strengths and move toward your fullest potential.

I am Irene, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor. I recognize the importance of considering all aspects of a person’s life, such as family, friends,  work or school environment, and spirituality, in promoting overall well-being. I work with individuals, couples, families and parents and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for healing and growth through life’s difficulties.
