Communicating with your partner is hard.  You replay arguments over and over. You feel criticized by your partner and do not feel heard.  The idea of voicing your needs feel overwhelming and frustrating.  As time has passed, talking to your partner has become minimal.  There is less sharing of your feelings due to feelings of disappointment of not being heard.  Your partner and you feel disconnected and a lack of communication.  You are exhausted at working so hard to have a genuine relationship and it feels like nothing is working.  What you want is to feel you can confide in your partner, feel loved, feel heard and supported.

Relationships are challenging and overwhelming. When you have sessions with me, you will have a safe space to have a voice and feel heard.  I give you a place to express the unspoken, to explore with curiosity, to become aware of relationship patterns.
