It is my belief that all people are wise, whole and infinitely capable. Somatic work supports increasing our resilience so we can meet the challenges of our lives with greater capacity.
Life can feel like a constant balancing act—between work, relationships, family, and all the invisible tasks that fill our days. In the midst of this, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself and the deeper sense of meaning you long for. Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Following over a decade of experience in coaching and somatic work, helping people navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions, I am now practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). This background grounds my therapeutic approach in both professional training and lived practice.
In our work together, we’ll focus not only on your thoughts and emotions but also on how experiences live in the body. Somatic therapy is a gentle, body-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system, release stress patterns, and foster resilience. This can be especially supportive when words alone don’t capture the depth of what you’re going through. I’ll also bring in other evidence-based approaches including CBT and EMDR therapy.
I work with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship and attachment concerns, and the transitions of new motherhood. My style is collaborative, steady, and compassionate. I believe healing is less about fixing and more about uncovering the resilience and wisdom you already carry. Together, we’ll explore patterns, practice new tools, and create space for growth at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re curious about whether we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect for an initial consultation.

Both my education and lived experience deeply shape my professional practice. I am a mother, a recovering people-pleaser, and someone who has spent much of my life learning how to live within complexity rather than trying to escape it. I know what it means to carry too much, to navigate grief and complicated family relationships, and to continue building a life within loss rather than simply “moving on” from it. My own experiences with late-diagnosed ADHD and living with chronic illness, have also shaped the way I understand overwhelm, striving, self-worth, and the ongoing practice of relating compassionately to our bodies and limitations. Before moving fully into therapeutic work, I worked across entrepreneurship, social services, government policy, and community support, experiences that continue to inform my understanding of systems, boundaries, burnout, and the courage it takes to build a life aligned with one’s values.
