Hello and welcome!

Seeking therapy can be daunting, so let me share a little about myself to help you determine whether I might fit your needs. My name is Julia (She/They), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Above all, I strive to help my clients feel more like themselves and connect to a sense of meaning and fulfillment in their lives. The world we operate within can be so incredibly challenging, and I hope to support my clients in living more authentically alongside their various responsibilities. I support clients ages 12+ navigating life transitions, stress/anxiety, long-distance relationships, inter-cultural, relational, identity, sexuality/gender, and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to support you through an integrative, harm-reductive, sex-positive, and person-centred approach, informed by psychodynamic, attachment, narrative, trauma-informed, existential, and emotion-focused modalities.

I prioritize creativity and self-expression and find it helpful both personally and professionally, and am open to working in whatever approaches feel right for you. Our time together would be collaborative and informed by your goals, boundaries, diversity, and expertise on your lived experiences.

If it sounds like I may be a good fit for you at this time in your life, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you!
