"Healing is a journey, not a destination. Let's walk it together, one step at a time."

Hi there!

You’re here because life feels challenging, and you’re looking to work collaboratively with someone who can help you process life’s challenges. Whether you’re grappling with the aftermath of past trauma, finding it difficult to regulate your emotions, or navigating the transitions of new parenthood or immigration, I want you to know that you’re not alone. I’m here to accompany you on your journey, and to share the feelings of hurt, fear, and uncertainty you’ve been experiencing.

I tailor my approach to each client individually, starting with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I will help you put a plan in place to move forward and will celebrate your successes along the way.

I primarily work from the attachment theory standpoint since I believe our early attachment to our primary caregivers significantly impacts us as adults. Additionally, I draw from evidence-based theoretical orientations, such as humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and somatic, integrating parts work and mindfulness.

I’ve been where you are, and it would be my honour to help you live a more fulfilling life. It may mean exploring your past, making sense of your present, learning to self-regulate and set boundaries, becoming more compassionate with yourself, or helping you change a pattern of behaviour that keeps you stuck. Contact me today for a free 15-minute consultation to get started on a journey to mental and emotional wellness.
