Welcoming new clients!

I  works with individuals (8+), couples, and families, providing a collaborative and personalized approach grounded in evidence-based practice. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, addictions, attachment concerns, and trauma. I believe therapy should feel safe, practical, and tailored to you, a space where you feel understood while also gaining tangible tools to move forward.

In my work with couples, I primarily use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach grounded in over 40 years of studies on what helps relationships succeed or struggle. Rather than eliminating conflict, this model helps couples understand their patterns, strengthen friendship, improve communication, and rebuild trust and emotional connection. Sessions are typically 90 minutes and focus on practical, skills-based interventions such as expressing needs clearly, listening with empathy, managing conflict without escalation, and repairing after disagreements. Together, we work to foster appreciation, respect, and shared meaning so you can feel more connected and confident navigating challenges as a team.

When working with children and pre-teens, I take a collaborative, family-inclusive approach. I invite parents or guardians to attend the first session to review informed consent, gather background information, and discuss goals for therapy. This helps ensure everyone feels aligned and supported from the start. My past experience working with the Children’s Aid Society has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding child development, attachment, trauma, and family dynamics. It has also deepened my ability to support children experiencing anxiety, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and the effects of stress or adverse experiences. I strive to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where children feel heard and caregivers feel empowered.

Across all ages, my work focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, improving relationships, and creating manageable, meaningful steps toward growth. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationship, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and capable of lasting change.
