I have always felt deeply moved by connection, and naturally drawn to observing and witnessing others’ experiences. The therapeutic journey is not without its bumps and hurdles, but with safe, authentic connection, and a guide who is witness to its peaks and valleys, it can be a beautiful process of healing and learning.

I firmly believe that each individual is capable of growth and change, and as a psychotherapist, my role is to empathically guide and empower my clients to explore this innate capability. I strive to support each individual in a way that is tailored to meet their specific needs: therapeutic goals are explored and set collaboratively, with a core focus on the client’s individual goals and needs.

I work with adults in both English and French, with a culturally sensitive worldview as a core element. My primary approach in therapy is based on existential theory, with a humanistic, evidence-based attachment model lens, and I am continually refreshing and adding to my knowledge of therapeutic tools and modalities. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is founded on empathy, acceptance, safety, and mutual respect with each of my clients.
