“The purpose of a relationship is to take care of one another in a way that makes both people feel safe, valued, and protected.” - Stan Tatkin
Relationships can feel challenging at times—especially when communication breaks down, connection feels distant, or trust has been shaken. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand these patterns and begin rebuilding closeness.
I work with couples to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and navigate challenges such as conflict or infidelity. I also support individuals in building self-worth and resilience, and parents as they navigate the emotional and relational shifts of raising children.
My approach is attachment-based and tailored to your unique dynamic, helping you better understand each other and strengthen your connection.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and respected. Our work together is collaborative and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.
Taking this step is an important move toward a more connected and fulfilling relationship—and I’d be glad to support you along the way.
My lived experience includes
- Hospitalization
- Parenting
