“It’s never too late to be what you might have been.”
Managing our emotions is one of the hardest parts about being human. Learning how and when to react in the moment can be tricky, especially when our past experiences have taught us otherwise. We know that this behaviour is harmful to our wellbeing, but we don’t feel like we have other options. Although the future might seem bleak, starting your healing journey will give rise to a brighter outlook on life, improved self-worth, and tools to keep you grounded in a healthier lifestyle.
We deserve to feel comfortable and love ourselves. We deserve to heal from past and present pain. During sessions with me, I adopt a humanistic approach that encourages you to come as your authentic self. Your stories are your own to share, in this warm, non-judgemental space. As a student intern, supervised by Jessica Ng, I have spent ten years of my studies cultivating genuine, empathetic techniques to help as we navigate through your healing journey. From personal experience, I know it can be intimidating to speak with a psychotherapist. Believe it or not, you have already taken the first step. If you are ready to take the next, I welcome you to send me an email or give me a call to see if we would be a good fit.
