I aim to hold Sacred Space for each unique person, and to support the unfolding of their process in a way tailored to their needs. I see psychotherapy as a healing journey into wholeness and balance that integrates all aspect of one's being - body, mind, spirit.

I offer a body-centered approach to psychotherapy, which includes creative and spiritual work. I am inspired by authors such as Tara Brach, Pema Chödrön, and Judith Blackstone, who bridge the emotional and spiritual realms in an embodied way. I gently guide and support listening to the body in order to allow the healing process to deepen and to be more fully integrated.

Over the years, I have been curious about how the body holds the imprint of our life experiences and explored various somatic modalities that I can now share with others. In addition to a M.A. in Counselling and Spirituality from St-Paul’s University, I hold a diploma in Voice Movement Therapy (480 hours +) and have completed 3 years of training as a Realization Process Practitioner (including in Advanced Trauma Repair) with Judith Blackstone. I am currently studying Somatic Experiencing, completing the beginning year in May 2024.

I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and of the International Association for Voice Movement Therapy (IAVMT).

It would be my pleasure to accompany you on your healing journey.

Voice Movement Therapy is a modality that offers a doorway to our expression and creativity in the service of our healing. In VMT, we begin by becoming attentive to our embodied selves, and by listening to the stories that our bodies holds. We listen for how these stories seek to be told, understood, and transformed. We may be inspired to explore poetry, song, movement, writing or ritual in order to foster this transformation.

Realization Process is a series of embodied meditative practices designed to reveal our underlying wholeness, the deep part of ourselves that can never be broken, the ground of our being. RP teaches us to fully inhabit our body and to live in the core of ourselves. It also guides us to release constriction patterns in the body that result from trauma, and to reclaim the innate qualities of our being.

Somatic Experiencing addresses trauma in the nervous system of the body and supports nervous system regulation. In SE, we attune to the language of sensation with the understanding the that body itself knows what is needed to transform trauma. We come to know our own unique nervous system and gently grow its capacity to be with all aspects of life.
