Each person has their own unique story filled with beautiful moments and challenging obstacles. Whether you’re going through a particularly difficult season of life or looking to work on a specific challenge you’ve been facing, therapy can help. Therapy will offer you a safe space to be vulnerable, explore new perspectives, and find acceptance. My goal as a therapist is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I use an integrative approach, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. We will work together to discover which treatment approach is best for you.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I have a desire to work with others in a helping capacity. I work with children (8+), youth, and adults to help improve their overall well-being and mental health. I have a degree in Child Studies with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have experience working at an Intensive Behavioural Intervention treatment centre for children on the autism spectrum and over four years of experience working in childcare.
