“You have the need and the right to spend part of your life caring for your soul.” - Jean Shinoda Bolen

Are you feeling disconnected and disoriented about how to move forward in your life? Perhaps change has swept through your world and left you in disarray, picking up the pieces and trying to return to a time or place when you felt you had it all together and you knew who you were. Whether it’s an identity crisis, a struggle to adapt to a new role or a profound sense of loss, change often happens in ways that can leave us feeling disempowered and alienated from our own lives. While distressing, change can often be a powerful time to reinvent ourselves in a more authentic way. Psychotherapy and inner work are a pathway through.

My work is to reconnect clients to the whispers of their soul. The language of the Soul is symbolic and archetypal, to which I attune myself as a psychotherapist in order to hear the deeper message beneath symptoms, struggle, and suffering. From this place of deep listening, I offer a variety of tools and frameworks to help clients find healing.

If you’re reading this right now, there is a part of you that is seeking new answers to the reason for your suffering. Psychotherapy with me is an opportunity to deepen your connection to your inner world, identify larger patterns at work, develop a healing relationship founded upon self-care, witness and release stored trauma – nurturing inner power.
