“Perhaps the journey isn’t about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you.” — Paulo Coelho
You might understand the “why,” but still sense that something deeper is waiting to shift. Whether it feels like an urge, an inkling, or a quiet knowing, you are here for a reason. Let’s explore it together.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship patterns, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and questions around identity, self-worth, and meaning. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They may already understand themselves deeply, but still feel stuck in familiar emotional patterns or disconnected from the life they want to live.
My work is collaborative and intuitive, meeting you where you are. My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from parts work, somatic experiencing, depth-oriented approaches, and behavioural and experiential techniques where helpful. Together we shape a space safe enough for all parts of you to open up, including the messy, complex, and deeply human ones.
Now, what does this look like in practice?
Picture a ball of yarn. We find the thread waiting to be untangled. When it feels ready, we follow it inward into the depth work: the meaning-making, the patterns, the root experiences asking for attention.
Then comes my favourite part. We sit with what the thread leads us to, gently untangling what has been held in the mind and body, allowing what emerges to be understood, reprocessed, and released. This can open the door to a reimagined way of existing, thinking, and being, giving the body space to feel, the mind space to settle, and that little inkling you arrived with a voice to be heard.
Finally, we integrate through meaningful, doable tools and skills that make the work tangible in your everyday life.
I believe every person holds the capacity for healing and growth. Sometimes it simply takes the right space, support, and relationship for those parts of ourselves to emerge and heal.
I offer virtual therapy and a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
Lived Experience (Direct or Indirect)
This work chose me as much as I chose it. My draw toward depth, the unconscious, and the layers beneath the surface has always felt intuitive, like following my own inkling. I believe in this process not only professionally, but personally, in the way it has shaped how I understand healing, growth, and what it means to be human. That belief is what I bring into the room.
