"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" - Anaïs Nin

I believe the human experience is meant to be filled with joy and ease, along with some opportunities for growth, sometimes called challenges. Life can definitely become very challenging and everyone needs help along the way. I believe that when we can connect to our innermost selves, accept life’s challenges with grace, and treat ourselves and others with compassion and care, we can all live rich, meaningful lives. I know that we can and do recover from grief, mental illness, addiction, trauma, and all the hurts that life can throw at us.

I can help you control your thoughts to limit negative thinking and create a more positive mental state. I can help you connect to your emotions to release feelings that are stuck, heal from the past, and get in touch with your intuition. Lastly, I can help you discover your passion, purpose, and find meaning, so that you may thrive.

I would be delighted to meet with you online or welcome you in my cozy office space in Overbrook, close to the 417.  Park for free and maybe spend a little time on the ‘Poet’s Pathway’ along the Ottawa River.  Make yourself some tea and sit in the warm sunroom before or after session.  Meet the puppies: ‘Mokey’ and ‘Red’.  This is a place where you can be yourself.

There is no need to suffer alone. If you are struggling, whether it be with mental illness(es); loneliness; feeling stuck; not knowing who you are, want you want, or why you are here; out of control thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and/or substance use; relationship issues; or if life is just really hard right now… I can help.
