Hello, I’m Natasha!
Taking the first steps towards therapy requires a lot of strength, and I’m here to support you on this journey. I believe in a collaborative approach, where you are the expert in your own life, and together we can customize the best approach and interventions to meet your unique needs.
In my practice, I use play therapy as a central tool to connect with my young clients, providing them with a safe space to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work through difficult experiences.
Additionally, I incorporate Somatic Experiencing techniques to help children, teens, and young adults recognize and manage bodily sensations associated with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
