Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, going through a life transition, or simply noticing that something doesn’t feel quite right. You don’t need to have it all figured out - we can start where you are.

Nicky offers a space that is warm, collaborative, and real, where clients can show up as themselves and begin to make sense of what they’re experiencing. Her approach is grounded in honest conversation, compassion, and respect, with a belief that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and gently challenged.

She works with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. Drawing from both professional experience and her own time in the client chair, Nicky aims to create the kind of space she would want to walk into – thoughtful, grounded, and human.

Her work is also informed by a deep appreciation for the connection between people and the natural world. When it fits, this may include integrating simple, nature-based or reflective practices to support a sense of clarity, regulation, and connection.

If you’re looking for therapy that feels genuine, supportive, and grounded in real conversation, she would be glad to connect.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 35, after years of struggling with executive functioning and mismanaged symptoms of ADHD. I have had struggled with anxiety and depression since my late teens, which therapy and my journey in sobriety have helped greatly.

I approach my own personal health and wellness with a holistic lens, creating a circle of care that blends both modern/western medicine and alternative practitioners. I value well-being that is sustainable and long-term, recognizing how we get there is different for different people.
