“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change.” -Carl Rogers

Your relationship with yourself is where it all begins and it sets the tone for your connections with work, people and life overall. The solidity and depth of your relationship with yourself is crucial in strengthening your ability to manage obstacles in a fulfilling way. Exploring your inner self can feel uncomfortable and sometimes even terrifying. This type of work could be facilitated with a therapist that can offer a secure and strong framework in which you will feel safe to explore all parts of yourself. In a warm, trusting and non-judgmental space, you will be supported and guided in your journey towards self-discovery, inner-healing and self-empowerment.

I provide a holistic approach that is tailored to each client uniquely to best serve their needs and interests. The main modalities that will be incorporated in my practice are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI’s), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Therapy. I hold a BA in Psychology and in Sociology, as well as an MA in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Spirituality specializing in Individual Therapy. In addition, I’ve completed the first certificate at The Montreal Counseling Center (CRAM), which is a program designed to deepen knowledge of oneself and of others through relational dynamics.

If this profile resonates with you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. Looking forward to accompanying you on this  journey.
