Life can be unpredictable, and it is often a struggle to navigate its twists and turns. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or experiencing relational issues, I welcome you to allow me to journey with you. I am particularly dedicated to providing therapy for men and helping them work through the all too common difficulties we face – ranging from repressed emotions to feeling suffocated by societal expectations. In my work with couples, I assist my clients with repairing their bond, cultivating connection, (re)building intimacy, resolving conflict, and engaging in premarital counselling.

I provide psychotherapy services to adults and couples. I am dedicated to helping my clients work through difficulties related to their repressed emotions, sexuality, and feeling suffocated by societal expectations. In my work with couples, I assist my clients with repairing their bond, cultivating connection, (re)building intimacy, resolving conflict, and engaging in premarital counselling.

I support clients through a variety of therapy modalities, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy, and Systemic Therapy. In therapy sessions, I lean towards an integrative approach that addresses the client’s presenting problem from the lens of their experience. I endeavour to work collaboratively with you to understand your concerns and provide a space for you to bring your authentic self to your session. I am trained in various modalities, allowing me to use an integrative approach of practical tools established in evidence-based modalities to assist you in reaching your desired goals.
