Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations

Welcome, I am glad we have crossed paths.

My name is Ryan (he/him) and I believe that you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy – you just need a willingness to explore what’s beneath the surface.

I work with teens and adults to help them to process traumatic events, learn coping skills for anxiety/depression, increase self-compassion, and engage in self-discovery. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Collaboration, Curiosity, and Compassion as these values have helped me and my clients overcome adversity!

When working together, every aspect of who you are is welcome! The parts of you that are hurt, sad, angry, confused, or self-critical deserve to be heard and better understood. Often time when these parts feel ignored, we ask ourselves, “why am I doing this” and “how can I change this pattern,” those are questions we will answer throughout our therapy journey. By exploring this we will create compassionate space for you to reconnect with all aspects of who you are.

I know speaking to a therapist can be intimidating, but by taking the time to read my profile you have already completed the first step! If you are curious about working together, you can book a 15 minute free consultation to see whether I am the right fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you so we can start making your life a little easier.

Modalities I use in Therapy include:

Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Helps develop a self-based relationship and heal aspects of the individual
