You are the expert on your life. My focus is to collaborate with you and offer my expertise to build a therapy process that works for you. From relationship problems, to climate anxiety, to grief, to issues at work; your problems matter and you deserve to take time for yourself to process them. I strive to provide a safe space for you to explore your inner world.

I specialize in working with queer folks. As a queer person myself, it is important to me that I help those in my community with the unique challenges that we face. I also worked as a professional ballet dancer for many years, so I bring a unique perspective of the human body, high performance, and the struggles of being an artist.

I am practicing psychotherapy under the supervision of Nereah Felix, Yoshie Martinez, and Jeff Shepherd.
