“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” - Carl Gustav Jung

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying the weight of your family’s expectations, past experiences, or cultural pressures while trying to figure out who you really are?

The world is constantly changing, and that can feel overwhelming. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore personal growth and navigate life’s challenges.

With a trauma-informed and non-judgmental lens, I welcome individuals from all walks of life, including LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent folks, and BIPOC communities. Your identity and lived experience are central to our work together.

I have a background in supporting vulnerable and neurodivergent individuals and their families, and I bring both professional and personal insight into our sessions. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

My integrative style draws from narrative, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, artistic, and Internal Family Systems approaches, depending on your needs. I also bring humour and authenticity to the therapeutic relationship.

I work with individuals 16+ and would be honoured to support you as you take the next step toward positive change.

Virtual services for individuals 16+; sliding scale available.
