Hi I am Sam. Connection to self and others gives life meaning. It can be difficult to feel connected when we feel depressed, isolated and disconnected or unsatisfied in our relationships. Whether its past complex trauma, a traumatic event, a personal challenge in life or other issue, I would be honoured to be a part of your journey back to you. I also work with couples using the psychobiological approach to couples therapy and assist couples towards secure functioning. I provide a non-judgmental, open and safe space for you.My practice is centered in somatic experiencing, NARM and is IFS informed. I am trained in CBT, EMDR and PACT. My trainings help me to work with you to create a tailored approach to be with you while you learn to be with your experiences and create and develop new ways of interacting with your life. No matter the issue, together we can work to get you back to a place where your heart is happy and full allowing you to connect to yourself and the world in a way that benefits you and those around you.
