“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” — Maya Angelou

You feel that your body lets you down, you feel trapped amid incomprehension of what is happening to you, and solitude is taking over.

You deserve a compassionate therapist… someone to make you feel safe, secure, and connected to your body while guiding you through the healing process. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, grief and trauma issues. By helping you find calmness and peace, my goal is to support you and promote empowerment. This lifelong change will allow you to form healthy relationships and foster overall well-being.

I strive to create, with authenticity, a non-judgmental, respectful, and supportive environment to guide you in this process. While exploring your experiences and understanding the issues’ origins, I will help you focus on working toward your goals. I work collaboratively with you to ensure you have an active role in your therapy; with new coping tools and strategies, you can reshape your daily life and enter new chapters in your storyline.

Through integrative treatment techniques, among others, I believe in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal-informed therapy, and Spiritually integrated psychotherapy.

The regular fee for counselling is $150.00 (+ HST) for individual and $175.00 (+ HST) for couple.
A receipt will be provided to you under my name as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in the province of Ontario, which is acceptable by most insurance companies (please verify with your workplace benefits or insurance for eligibility).
