"When you become conscious, the first thing you discover is why you stayed unconscious all those years. Being conscious means you really have to feel what you feel, which is frequently very vulnerable and raw." Pema Chodron
Sarah Richardson, Registered Psychotherapist
Beginning therapy is a significant and courageous step in your healing journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. My name is Sarah Richardson, and as a Registered Psychotherapist, my focus is on your mental wellness and personal connection to self. I understand that each healing process is unique, and my goal is to meet you where you are, providing a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and work through your experiences.
Each person’s journey is different, and I strive to understand your specific needs and goals to offer the best support possible. My approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, ensuring that our work together is rooted in mutual respect, transparency, and integrity.
