Welcome! I’m SueEllen and I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their needs and opportunities for growth. You are the expert of your experience, and I will join you where you are at and help you progress towards where you want to be. I believe everyone has the potential to achieve their personal best in health, wellbeing and purpose.

I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada. I am currently augmenting my professional knowledge by researching clinical and functional connectivity changes in participants with PTSD following neurofeedback training, as part of a Master of Science (Neuroscience) at the University of Ottawa. I also have government experience, having served over 20 years as an officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force.

I use an integrated treatment approach, tailored to your individual needs. I am a Somatic Experiencing provider (SEP), NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) provider and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Consultant in Training. I have completed training in providing Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Neurofeedback and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
